  4. In a third dish, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  6. Dip the chicken in the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
  7. Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumbs, pressing the crumbs onto the chicken to adhere.
  8. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  9. Add the chicken to the skillet and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Drain the schnitzel on paper towels and serve with Israeli salad and a variety of dipping sauces.
