Hi, my name is Nethmi Lavanya, and I’m 28 years old. I’m from Sri Lanka and have been working as a caregiver in Israel for the past two months. I have a 3-year diploma in nursing with clinical practice, which gave me hands-on experience in caring for patients in hospitals and homes. Before coming here, I worked as a nurse for over three years, helping people of all ages.
