CALCULATIONS OF SOCIAL RIGHTS BY YEAR

Valid Starting January 2017 

The calculations are for Recuperation and Vacation days (Annual Leave) only. In addition, every worker is entitled each year to 9 holidays (festivals) according to his/her religion/nationality . If the worker took more than 9 holidays, the extra should be deducted from the total number of vacation days. Each holiday is at least 25 hours long. Payment for working on a holiday is 340 NIS. The length and payment for a day off is the same as a holiday.
