How To Collect Your Deposit Money or Pikadon Before Going Home?

If you are planning to go home to your home country for good, you MUST read this article to understand how you can get your deposit money or Pikadon before going home.

1. Mizrahi Bank does not have a representative office in Terminal 1, so workers flying from this terminal cannot collect their deposit money in Israel.

2. Workers flying from Terminal 1 will have the deposit money transferred to their bank accounts abroad after they leave if they provide their bank details.

3. To transfer the deposit money, the worker must provide the following documents to the deposit unit:

- Appendix A - Deposit money application form:

- Details of the worker's bank account abroad - including his home address.

- Account management approval (the bank's confirmation of the employee's account details).

Directions for completing the form

The deposit funds accrued for the benefit of the foreign worker while working in Israel will only be available to him after completing the Application Form, attaching the documents, and receiving confirmation that the application was received.

An application to release the deposit funds will be submitted 10 days before the worker leaves Israel permanently

The deposit payment will be made when the foreign worker leaves, in the “Mizrachi Tefahot” bank branch at the end of the security inspection process and the inspection process in Ben Gurion Airport

The deposit funds will be paid to the worker after presenting to the bank the payment notice and passport (the worker will give the stay visa)

Please make sure to fill in all fields in the Application Form according to the information in the passport. Inaccurate data will prevent payment of the deposit funds

NOTE:

1. The account number in the deposit fund appears in the deposit papers and the annual approval for worker.
2. Please attach copies of the following documents when sending the application:
- Copy of passport visa for worker
- Copy of the flight ticket

Make sure that you have all required documents and data for completing the form before doing so

The applicant for the service does not have to personally appear in the Deposits Unit of the Population and Immigration Authority.

Several days after receiving the application, a payment notice will be sent to the email address or fax number indicated in the Application for Release of Deposit Funds.
